Mr. Sunil Ramsagar Upadhyay is a seasoned senior management professional with over three decades of extensive experience in technical sales, after-sales management, and business development across the civil, chemical, and specialized paint and protective coatings industries. Mr. Upadhyay holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering (Construction Technology) from the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra (1990). He further enhanced his professional competence through international and government-recognized training programs, including “Concrete Repair and Industrial Floorings” at MC–Bauchemie, Bottrop, Germany (2001), and certifications in ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditing of ISO 9002:1994.

He began his professional journey working on various building construction sites (1990–1992), where he developed strong field-based technical insights. He then served as a Sales Engineer (Technical) at Manikgarh Cement (Birla Group) from 1992 to 1994 through Creative Abode Consultants, Mumbai. His outstanding performance earned him a position at MC-Bauchemie (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he worked from 1994 to 2006, rising to the role of Manager – Technical Services. In this capacity, he demonstrated exceptional capabilities in technical sales, quality management, and customer engagement.

Between 2006 and 2007, Mr. Upadhyay served as Technical Manager at Melvyn Nickson Nigeria Limited, where he contributed his global expertise to project execution, product innovation, and after-sales excellence. Over the years, he has mastered the art of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and enterprise risk management, with a proven record of mentoring high-performing teams and implementing robust quality and operational systems.
